Target Validation
Evaluate how a gene interacts within the molecular mechanisms that drive the cell, tissue functions and phenotypes associated with your disease of interest. Ask Euretos and do days if not weeks of online desk research in minutes. Available as platform subscription or consulting service.

Evaluate all disease related molecular gene interactions
Leverage gene-disease annotations from over 200+ data sources in Euretos. Analyze all molecular interactions of the gene of interest but only where the interactors are disease related. For example differentially expression analysis provides only those genes that interact with the gene of interest and are differentially expressed for the disease

Evaluate target/biomarker suitability on 10 separate criteria
Evaluate 10 key aspects that are relevant to assess a gene as a viable target or biomarker for a disease including healthy expression, differential expression, gene variants, animal models, gene, protein & metabolite interactions, phenotypes, pathways, cell & molecular function and organ & tissue functions.
